What gets me out of bed every morning?The opportunity to create fun and enjoyment via the games our players are excited for and love to play with the overall goal to create experiences that they will remember and cherish.
Working alongside like-minded colleagues, using a combination of my knowledge for creating and managing gameplay systems, loops and mechanics, that I've built up over my 5+ years of AAA development. Guiding and leading the team with a passion to always want to understand more about what makes games fun to players and how they think and react as they, as well as the industry, evolve their wants and needs from gaming. To let our players revel in the joy of video games and help bring some positivity into a world that seems so bent on finding ways to make everything negative these days. |
